I woke up late this day because the weather was kind of conducive to snoozing. As I opened my eyes, I continued to lie on my bed, took my phone, turned on the data and eventually wasted my time scrolling on SOCMED. Upon seeing my feed on Facebook, Continue reading “OFF TO THE GRID ON HEART’S DAY” →
Just recently, I went home to Bantayan Island and witnessed the observance of the new normal travel protocols. I included in the vlog the fares and the guidelines for tourists and locals alike and everything you need to know for the trip. You may find in the video that it is somehow easy to travel to Bantayan but please remember the the virus may be lurking nearby. Always think of your safety and of the safety of others. In my previous B/VLOG, I mentioned that I bought a new phone, Samsung Galaxy A51, which I used in taking photos. I posted those unfiltered photos in that vlog so that they could be seen firsthand how they look straight from the camera. To add a little spice to my photos, I’m going to share to you now how I edit those photos. When 2020 came, the first month had always been the busy month for me. I didn’t even celebrate the New Year with my family because year-end reports which I had to accomplish would be flooding at this point in time. As always, these would be accompanied by anxiety and stress which would heighten up as the deadline for submission got nearer and nearer. Added to this, my fears soared to the highest level when Taal Volcano erupted and that was also the time when my colleagues and I had an official trip to Manila. We were stranded at the airport for almost 12 hours. When I was in Manila, my stomach hurt so badly that I vomited almost 10 times. I could barely walk because of the tremendous pain I felt in my stomach.
Sometimes I want to feel fancy, just like most girls. If I set aside my lazy ass and I am in the mood, I like to put make-up on my face, wear cute outfits and take photos of myself. I like to use my time as well by editing those snaps. I think it’s not about being vain but because I want my photos to reflect my creativity and artistry.
Sometimes raw photos are boring and problematic but added with filters and enhancements they channel different emotions and tones.Right? However, I don’t overdo my photos. I want them to look natural, if possible. So, here in my blog I’m showing you how I edit my photos to make them appear as natural as possible.
We almost missed our ride in going to Masbate after a very heavy traffic we experienced in Danao. We arrived at the port almost 12:00 midnight which was also the time of the boat’s departure. That was literally chasing time. Haha!🤣Anyway we cruised on Masbate seas on a very fine weather that somehow gave us a peaceful journey and in the morning we were greeted by a stunning sunrise.
